Carob Oatmeal Peanut Butter Balls

 
Ingredients:
1 cup natural peanut butter
¾- 1 cup honey
½ cup sesame seeds
1 cup rolled oats, ground into powder in food processor
¾ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup carob powder

 

Mix all ingredients together, roll into balls and eat.  I keep mine in the refrigerator.  You can experiment with the ingredients to find a recipe that works for you and your family.  Also, you can substitute roasted cashew butter or almond butter for the peanut butter for equally good results. These go fast!
