Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be in original condition and in original packaging. Please contact us at returns@earthybabes.com before returning any items. We reserve the right to refuse any item if it is not in condition to be resold as new. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee may apply to orders of $100 or more.
 
Returns due to a manufacturing defect or our error will be handled on a case by case basis. If you do experience a manufacturing defect or believe we have made an error in shipping your order, please e-mail us with your concern so we can work to resolve the problems as quickly as possible.
 
For your security, when you pay by credit card, we do not keep your credit card on file. When sending us a return, please include the full credit card number and expiration date of the card used to make the original purchase so that we may properly credit your account.
